Shipping & Returns


We aim to process goods (In stock) to you within 2 business days. We cannot give an exact delivery time. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and US Holidays. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible. All weights and measurements are US Standards unless otherwise specified. Listed weights are for shipping purposes only.


We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

We are a small time shop. If you are the type of shopper that frequently likes to return items, go to Super Mart.

Returning a damaged/defective item, I received an item that doesn't work, how do I return it?

Please contact the manufacturer of the product for service and warranty.

What happens if we receive an item back because it is undeliverable?

Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately, we will recharge you the shipping fees, since we are charged for returned parcels.

Do you ever accept Returns?

No. All sales are final. We only sell new items and no one wants to buy a returned item.


When it is our fault, we will bend over backwards to help rectify the issue, when you do not notify us within 1 day of accepting the shipment or the solution, we can only accept that you are 100% satisfied and no further action is needed. All offers verbal or implied are void.


We still accept PayPal. You can email your PayPal payment to us.

Refused Deliveries are subject to a surcharge on top of the return shipping fees.

We accept many forms of payment offered through PayPal. You can even send us a check through PayPal. We also email invoices to our Clients for payment. We do not accept Personal Checks.

We do not ship to Central and South America due to issues with proper package delivery.
